    Shipping Policy

    Standard Shipping

    Due to shipping carriers, delays in shipping can occur that are out of our control, we appreciate your patience!


    Shipping time
    Orders placed via standard shipping will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
    Standard Shipping Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 15-25 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.
    Weekends and certain holidays are not counted as working days.
    Most customers receive their orders within 15-25 working days after placing the order.


    Order Status
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier tracking service.

    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to track your package using the tracking number we provide, please contact our customer service team at email:[email protected].

     


    Incorrect address or package cannot be delivered
    If a package is returned to us with an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "Unclaimed" or "Returned to Sender", or is deemed undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, we will contact you via email connect.
    If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any RTS (Return to Sender) charges.


    Once we receive the returned package from the carrier, we can reship the package or refund the subtotal amount of your order minus the RTS (Return to Sender) fee.
    If you choose to reship your package, you will be required to pay RTS (Return to Sender Charge) and shipping charges.
    If you choose a refund, your order will not be shipped until the package is returned to our facility.


    Note: Once we process a refund, it may take 2-8 business days for your bank to process the refund and post it back to your account.
    To ensure this doesn't happen, please make sure you provide the correct address during checkout. We are not responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address or returned to us due to an incorrect address.
